This coffee is from El Faro Coffee Hub in the Huila region of Colombia, founded by Andres Rodriguez and spanning three generations. The farm is located at 1400-1500 meters above sea level. It is a natural processed coffee featuring the Caturra variety. The coffee has a medium roast profile with flavor notes of blueberry, winey character, round body, and cacao. El Faro supports growers through training, renewable energy initiatives, and programs like Empowered Women.
Leif Sung An and Clifford Park founded Stereoscope Coffee in Los Angeles in 2013, driven by the belief that coffee is about more than tasting profiles and processing methods. They roast on a Probat P12 out of a warehouse in the Arts District, seeking out distinctive varieties and processing techniques that tell a story.
