About This Coffee

A Geisha variety coffee from Finca El Porvenir in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,600–1,800 meters above sea level by producers Cecilia Almonacid and Camilo Segura. Processed using a Honey DRD method, with cherries hand-picked, sorted, and dried on raised African beds. Shade-grown with a focus on quality. Tasting notes include jasmine, tangerine, lychee, blossom honey, with a sweet and lingering finish. Roasted for filter. Harvested October 2025.
