This coffee is from Finca El Porvenir in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1750-1850 meters altitude. Produced by Sandra Milena Mora and Hector Coy on a 12-hectare farm with 5 hectares dedicated to coffee production and the rest as natural reserve. The Pink Bourbon variety is organically grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The coffee undergoes 36-48 hour wet fermentation and is dried on raised beds, pre-dried on African beds for 5 days, then finished in a shade house for 20 days. Flavor notes include mango, lemonade, and juicy characteristics.
