This is a Pink Bourbon coffee from Finca El Porvenir in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1750-1850 meters above sea level. Produced by Sandra Milena Mora and Hector Coy, the farm spans 12 hectares with 5 dedicated to coffee production and the rest as natural reserve. The coffee is organically grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The farm has around 300 young Pink Bourbon trees alongside Caturra and Tabi varieties. The coffee undergoes 36-48 hours of wet fermentation and is dried on raised beds - pre-dried on African beds for 5 days, then finished in a shade house for another 20 days. The flavor profile features mango, lemonade, and juicy notes.
