A Geisha variety coffee from the Cauca region of Colombia, grown at El Paraíso farm by producer Diego Bermúdez. Processed through a classic washed method with hand-selected cherries that are depulped, ozone-washed, and fermented in two stages — first immersed in water for 36 hours, then in mucilage for 24 hours — followed by slow mechanical drying. The cup offers floral aromatics, sweet citrus, white nectarine, and caramel notes, with a clean, structured finish.
