About This Coffee

A 100% Geisha Arabica from Finca Los Nogales in Garzon, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,750 meters altitude. The coffee comes from the La Falda lot and undergoes a natural process featuring a unique "Floral Drying" technique, where the beans are dried for approximately three weeks in direct contact with azahar (orange blossom flowers). This innovative processing enriches the coffee with floral aromatic layers. Flavor notes include lemon Fanta, cascara, and roses. Recommended for filter or modern espresso. Goriffee

Goriffee is a Bratislava-based roastery with a unique story and a strong focus on social responsibility. The name is a portmanteau of "gorilla" and "coffee," inspired by the founders' travels and deep connection to Rwanda. They have established direct trade relationships with farmers, particularly with the KOPAKAMA cooperative in Rwanda, ensuring ethical practices and fair pay. Their mission is to be a bridge between the farmers and the final cup, roasting with care to honor the producers' hard work and share their stories.
