A single origin coffee from the Cauca region of Colombia, grown at 1,900 masl on Finca El Paraíso-92, a family-owned farm run by Wilton Benitez. The variety is Pink Bourbon, processed using a Double Anaerobic and Thermal Shock method. The farm is known for its microbiology and quality laboratories and innovative processing techniques. Flavor notes include pineapple cocktail, passion fruit, red apple, and green tea.
