This coffee is from the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1,570 meters altitude. It features the Castillo variety and undergoes a special washed processing method developed in collaboration with a Taiwanese local brewery. The processing technique infuses passion fruit flavors into the coffee beans using fermentation technology. The flavor profile includes guava, passion fruit acidity, and a balanced sweet-sour taste with intense and lasting fruit aromas. The coffee delivers a vibrant tropical fruit character with a clean finish.
