The Holguin family farm spans across four micro-farms — El Jardin, Las Nubes, Monserrat, and Inmaculada Concepcion — each with distinct climate conditions. La Inmaculada is known for rare varietals, precise processing methods, and strict quality control. The coffee is roasted to an Agtron level of 93, indicating an extremely light roast.
