A single-farm Colombian coffee from Jardines Del Eden (producer Felipe Arcila) in Armenia, Quindío, grown at 1800–2000 m. Variety Castillo, processed using a passion-fruit-infused honey method with wine yeast and 72-hour anaerobic fermentation, then dried on African beds. Flavor profile highlights intense passion fruit, red-wine-like acidity, raspberry and strawberry-gummy sweetness; light roast with pronounced brightness and elegance.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
