Code Black Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee is produced by Jefferson Adrián Motta at Finca Motta in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia at 1700 meters elevation. The coffee features Pink Bourbon variety processed using a carefully controlled natural method. Fully ripe cherries are selectively hand-picked and left whole to ferment naturally during slow drying on raised beds, monitored for time and temperature to develop sweetness, structure, and complexity. This results in a vividly structured, fruit-driven profile with flavor notes of cherry ripe, cocoa, and almond. Roasted for espresso.
