A single-lot Colombian coffee from the Las Flores microclimate, cultivated above 1,800 meters. The Java variety underwent extended anaerobic fermentation followed by a low-impact thermal shock, yielding pronounced aromatics and increased structural complexity with an emphasis on clarity and depth.
