This coffee is a rare Java variety from Colombia grown at approximately 1800 meters elevation. It is processed using an extended anaerobic natural fermentation followed by a low-impact thermal shock. The roast level is moderate. The cup features complex fruit-forward flavors with notes reminiscent of cherry, mixed berries, violet, and fruit punch accompanied by a balanced acidity and sweetness.
