About This Coffee

Colombia la Primavera is a single-origin coffee from producer Freddy Correa's farm in Bajo Encanto village, Colombia. The coffee is processed with a complex method involving 24 hours of pre-fermentation in cherry followed by 36 hours of aerobic fermentation in bags with mucilage, finished drying on raised beds for approximately 15 days. The variety is Pink Bourbon. Flavor profile features lively orange juice-like acidity with lemongrass and ruby red grapefruit notes when first brewed, developing into sweetness with pear, vanilla bean, and key lime as it cools.
