This single-origin coffee comes from La Reserva farm in Antioquia, Colombia, at 1900 meters altitude. Grown by farmer Juan Felipe Ocampo, the farm cultivates Caturra Chiroso variety alongside other specialty varieties across 60 hectares of productive land. The cherries were harvested at peak ripeness and underwent 12 hours of aerobic fermentation before depulping, followed by another 12 hours of fermentation in open tanks. The coffee was then washed in traditional canals and sun dried on raised beds for approximately 10 days. The cup profile features tangerine notes with bright acidity and floral characteristics, including jasmine and tropical fruit sweetness. Light roasted and elegantly balanced in sweetness and acidity with refined clarity.
