This coffee is a field blend from a group of young producers known as Productores del Futuro in the Huila region of Colombia. It is a washed coffee processed at the Santa Maria washing station. The variety is Caturra. This coffee features a juicy and sweet profile with tasting notes of plum, Ranier cherry, and sugarcane. It is characterized by intense acidity, syrupy sweetness, and a clean finish.
