This single-origin coffee comes from Finca Los Ídolos in the Nariño region of Colombia, grown at 1900 m by producers Edgar Meneses and Marleny Lasso. The lot is processed as washed and composed of the Cattura variety. Tasting notes include walnut, lilac, almond, red cherry, sweet orange, plum, prune, lemon and baker's chocolate, with a savory-sweet structure, mild acidity and a velvety body.
