This coffee is a specialty Arabica from the Huila region of Colombia. It is a 100% Arabica coffee produced by smallholder farmers at 1700 meters altitude. The beans are Castillo and Caturra varieties, processed using the fully washed method. It has a sweet, balanced, and aromatic cup profile with gentle notes of sugarcane, citrus orange, and a creamy chocolate finish. The coffee has bright acidity and medium body, scoring 84 points on the SCA scale.
