This Pink Bourbon coffee is produced by Milton Ortega on the La Pradera farm in San Agustin, Huila, Colombia, at an altitude of 1840 meters. It is a washed coffee, processed at the family's station in Kennedy where it undergoes fermentation for two days before being dried on platforms for three weeks. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of raspberry, pomegranate, blackberry, and citrus, balanced by a tea-like quality with molasses sweetness. This is the first harvest from three-year-old trees.
