Finca Monteblanco is a family farm managed by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia in Vereda La Tocora, San Adolfo municipality above Pitalito, in the Huila region of Colombia, at 1730 m.a.s.l. The coffee features Caturra and Bourbon varieties and undergoes a Citrullus Nectar Co-fermented Washed process — a controlled anaerobic fermentation using a mother culture fed with sugar, molasses, and concentrated melon and watermelon juice. Roasted as an Omni profile, it offers flavor notes of watermelon, mango, mascarpone, and waffles.
