This coffee is grown in the highlands of Popayán, Cauca, Colombia at 1,700 metres altitude. The beans are processed using the washed method and come from a sourcing programme that works with approximately 65 local growers. The varietals include Castillo, Caturra, Catimor, and Typica. The coffee exhibits tasting notes of chocolate, white peach, and honey, with smooth caramel notes and delicate floral undertones. The region's fertile volcanic soils and consistently mild climate contribute to the coffee's sweetness, balance, and complexity.

Fire and Flow was started by childhood friends Callum, Charlotte, and Phil in the Cotswolds, near Cirencester. The roastery won a GloucestershireLive Innovation Award in 2021 and placed second in Cotswold Eats' Best Producers awards. They consciously source specialty coffee through ethical partnerships with producers who maintain sustainable practices and fair wages. In 2024 they opened an espresso bar at the roastery, open seven days a week, with food served by The Yolk Folk. The team also provides wholesale partnerships, barista training, and equipment solutions.
