This washed decaf coffee comes from Popayán in the Cauca region of Colombia at 1,700-2,000 meters altitude, produced by approximately 65 smallholder farmers through CofiNet. The blend includes Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties grown in volcanic ash soil. Decaffeinated using the sugar cane ethyl acetate process. The coffee offers smooth, sweet character with medium acidity and notes of caramel, nutmeg, and mandarin.
