About This Coffee

A decaffeinated single-origin coffee from the Cauca region of Colombia, grown at 1,500 meters altitude by farmers from Cofineta processing station. The variety is 100% Caturra Arabica, decaffeinated using the Sugarcane EA (Ethyl Acetate) method, where ethyl acetate is naturally derived from sugarcane. Roasted to Medium Roast for espresso preparation, it offers a full body and sweet profile with flavor notes of nougat, apple, and cinnamon. Available as Popayan Reserve.
