A decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Colombia's Cauca region, grown by Cofinetu farmers at 1,500 meters altitude. Made with 100% Caturra Arabica and processed using the Sugarcane EA (ethyl acetate) decaffeination method, where ethyl acetate is naturally derived from sugarcane. The light roast is tuned specifically for filter preparation, preserving a pleasantly sweet character with notes of nougat, apple, and cinnamon.
