The coffee is 100% Caturra Arabica variety, decaffeinated using the Sugarcane EA (ethyl acetate) process — a natural method utilizing ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane. Light roast, tuned specifically for filter preparation, with a pleasantly sweet character and flavor notes of nougat, apple, and cinnamon.
