The variety is 100% Caturra Arabica, decaffeinated using the Sugarcane EA (ethyl acetate) method, where ethyl acetate is naturally derived from sugarcane. Roasted light to highlight its sweet character, with tasting notes of nougat, apple, and cinnamon.
