This coffee is grown by Jose Ignacio Cubillos on his farm Praderita in the Canan district of Santa Maria, Huila, Colombia. The farm is located at an altitude of 1850 to 1900 meters across 3.5 hectares. The coffee features Pink Bourbon (Bourbon Rosado) and Caturra varieties. The processing involves 12 hours of oxidation in cherry followed by 30 hours in mucilage, then careful drying in drying tents to optimal moisture levels.
