This single-origin coffee comes from the Campo Hermoso farm in Quindío, Colombia, part of the Santuario Project and managed by producer Camilo Merizalde. Grown at high altitude between 1850-2100 meters, this coffee features the rare Sudan Rume variety processed using the washed method. The cup profile offers juicy sweet-tart notes of green apple and mango, refreshing sweetness and aroma reminiscent of muscat, with gentle lingering notes of white wine and syrupy sweetness. Light roast.
