This coffee is from Huila, Colombia, produced by Maria Rodriguez and the Nucleo de gestion de Palestina association of neighboring farms. The Sidra variety coffee underwent washed processing with brief fermentation after depulping, then dried on roofs for approximately 20 days. The producers work closely with InConexus on advanced training in processing methods and farm management. This coffee offers a clean, classic washed flavor profile with tart pineapple and berry notes.
