Kolumbia Tolima Nevado

Kolumbia Tolima Nevado is a single-origin Arabica coffee from the Tolima department of Colombia, grown by the El Macizo and ASOBRIS cooperatives at 1400–2000 m. The beans are washed (Myta) and roasted to a medium level. Tasting notes emphasize cherry, fresh citrus, and delicate herbal aromas, reflecting volcanic, mineral soils and shaded cultivation practices used by local farmers.
