This single-origin coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety from Villamaria, Colombia. It is processed using the natural method, which contributes to its complex, fruit-forward flavor profile. The coffee features delicate floral notes and a syrupy body, with distinct tasting notes of limoncello, kiwi, and cane sugar. It is a light roast, making it an excellent choice for pour-over brewing methods.
Rob and Vikki Hodge founded Rave Coffee in Cirencester in 2011. The roastery moved into a renovated building on Phoenix Way in spring 2023, housing two Loring roasters, a 70kg and the original 35kg.
