Single-origin coffee from Yoiner Mosquera at El Portal farm in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, at 1500-1600 meters altitude. The Rosado variety is processed using traditional washed methods with 48-hour in-cherry fermentation before depulping, followed by 48-hour parchment dry fermentation and slow drying in parabolic driers. Flavor profile includes tayberry, sweet cream soda, mirabelle plum, meyer lemon, and prominent apple blossom florality with a tea-like body. Bright, clean, and effervescent with intensely floral and citric aromas reminiscent of lady grey tea and orange oils.

Scenery Coffee Roasters was founded in London in 2023 by a trio with a combined three decades of experience in the specialty coffee industry. They roast on a Loring S35, producing on set days and holding coffee in airtight bulk storage before bagging, a workflow designed around freshness and consistency. Sourcing is forward looking: Scenery works with importers to purchase coffee early while it is still at origin, releasing lots as they land in the UK. All furniture in the space is upcycled, and the approach to materials follows the same minimal intervention philosophy that guides the roasting. Scenery was named a Sprudge Notable Roaster for 2025 and won Sprudge Best Design/Packaging in 2024.
