This is an exceptional decaf coffee from Colorfull, produced by Wilton Benitez at Granja Paraiso 92 in Cauca, Colombia. The coffee undergoes anaerobic fermentation with sugar cane juices for decaffeination, harvested in October-November. It is a Colombia varietal roasted to a light level. The cup profile features ripe plums and very ripe berries including strawberries and blackberries, with orange peel in the finish. It has a sweet and balanced flavor with a creamy body and clean finish.
