A washed coffee from the North Kivu Province of DR Congo, grown at approximately 1900 meters altitude. Produced by the Kawa Kabuya cooperative, founded in 2014, which comprises 36 micro-washing stations. The variety is SL-28, hand-picked during the September–January harvest period. Described as a fine and smooth coffee with pleasant acidity and distinct notes of forest berries.
