This coffee is from Aquiares Estate in the Turrialba region of Costa Rica, grown by Diego Robelo at 1200 meters altitude. It is processed using an eucalyptus co-ferment washed method with the Centroamericano varietal. The coffee presents tasting notes of eucalyptus, lemon balm, and vanilla bean.
Founded in 2012 by Christopher Hall, who began roasting in a Portland OR apartment before establishing a dedicated roasting facility, Push x Pull has become known for their expertise with natural process coffees and experimental processing methods. Since 2022, they have expanded to Seattle, growing their presence across the Pacific Northwest.
