This coffee is a single origin from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, grown at 1500-1800 meters altitude on Finca Casa de Piedra. The farm is operated by Cafe Directo, a family business founded in 2013 by Gerardo and Jennifer Arias. This is a naturally processed coffee made from Red Catuai variety, dried on raised beds for approximately 30 days. The coffee displays flavor notes of tropical fruit, green apple, and vanilla.
