This coffee is from Finca Casa de Piedra in Costa Rica's Tarrazu region, at 1500-1800 meters altitude. It is a Natural processed coffee made from Red Catuai variety. The cherries are hand-harvested, floatation-separated, depulped with mucilage retention, and dried on raised beds for approximately 15 days. The coffee has flavor notes of Tropical, Green Apple, and Vanilla. It is roasted Light/Medium and suitable for both Filter and Espresso brewing.
