The coffee features Catuai and Villa Sarchi varieties, processed using the Yellow Honey method where a slight amount of fruit flesh is allowed to adhere to the beans during drying. This lot was scored at 94 for espresso by Coffee Review in October 2020. The coffee offers flavor notes of tangerine, orange peel, European pear, and honey.
