Rooftop Coffee Roasters

Taking its name from the rooftop location where the founders first started roasting, this husband and wife operation launched in 2016 in Kelowna's Pandosy Village with a second location serving downtown. They roast on a Probat in small batches, producing medium profiles that emphasize sweetness and balance across origins from Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Honduras. The Okanagan Valley setting shapes the brand's identity, with lakeside vibes and outdoor patio seating making it as much a destination as a roastery. A wholesale program supplies local cafes and restaurants, and the team actively supports Okanagan producers and community events. Seasonal releases and a subscription service keep the coffee offering aligned with the region's relaxed, outdoor lifestyle.
