Don Claudio is a single-origin coffee from the highlands of Costa Rica, grown at altitudes of 1,600 to 1,900 meters above sea level. The beans are sourced from Caturra, Catuai, and Obatá varietals and are naturally processed to preserve their fruity character. With a medium roast, this coffee offers bright, juicy berries, a smooth chocolate undertone, and a touch of dried fruits that linger on the palate. The natural processing enhances the beans' inherent sweetness and depth, creating a balanced and complex cup.
