About This Coffee

Entre Rios Honey is a single origin coffee from Costa Rica, grown at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,400 meters above sea level. It is made from Marsellesa and Obatá varietals, processed using the red honey method — where only the outer skin is removed and a thin layer of mucilage is left to ferment naturally during drying. Medium roasted, this coffee offers raspberry and sweet peach notes with a rich caramel and nutty finish, delivering a balanced cup with brightness and sweetness.
