A honey-processed coffee from Finca Sonora, located in the Central Valley region of Costa Rica, at the foot of the Poás volcano in Alajuela. The farm spans approximately 100 hectares at an average altitude of 1,250 meters above sea level. The variety is Red Catuaí, hand-picked during the December–April harvest period. The honey process retains part of the fruit pulp during drying, resulting in a complex, balanced, and silky smooth cup with notes of caramel and grapefruit.
