About This Coffee

This coffee is a Natural processed Caturra variety from Hacienda Colima farm located in the Central Valley region of Costa Rica, grown at 1400-1500 meters altitude. The coffee is harvested during the 2024-2025 season and supplied by Belco through Cukucuku. Produced by Alejo, a fifth-generation coffee grower, the coffee showcases flavors of caramel, cherry, orange, and blackcurrant. The beans have undergone a minimum degasing period of 15 days from the roasting date.
