This coffee is a single-origin offering from the La Esperanza farm in the San Carlos region of Tarrazu, Costa Rica. Grown at an altitude of 1800 meters, this Catuai variety is processed using the honey method. The flavor profile features notes of caramel apple, pecan, and fruit leathers.
