Costa Rica La Minita coffee is grown at Hacienda La Minita in the Los Santos region, Tarrazu, at 1200-1800 meters altitude. The coffee is Caturra and Typica varieties, fully washed and sun-dried, Rainforest Alliance Certified. It features a medium roast with flavor notes including opulent fruit, fine acidity, a delicate, full body, and a long, clean finish.
