Costa Rica Las Lajas is a natural process coffee from Finca Los Pinitos in the Cirri Sur region of Naranjo, West Valley at 1,500 meters elevation. The coffee features the Villa Sarchi variety and uses the distinctive Black Diamond Natural processing method, which involves slow drying over 15-22 days to achieve cold crystallization of sugars. The intentional curing process results in a sweeter, brighter coffee with more clarity. Flavor notes include strawberry, grape candy, and hibiscus.
