Costa Rica Las Lajas Red Honey is a medium-roast, honey-processed coffee from Sabanilla del Poás, Costa Rica (1500–1800 masl). Varieties include Caturra, Catuai, and Villa Sarchi. Beans are dried on raised beds and patios, producing a juicy, syrupy cup with tasting notes of strawberry, orange, peach, and green apple.
