This coffee is from Monte Alto farm in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, operated by Cafe Directo, a family business founded in 2013 by Gerardo and Jennifer Arias. The farm sits at 2,000 meters above sea level, producing highly complex arabica coffees. It is a natural processed coffee made from Red Catuai variety, slowly dried on raised beds for approximately 30 days. The coffee offers flavors of melon, fruit tea, and dark chocolate.
