This single origin coffee from Sonora Estate in Costa Rica's Central Valley features the Red Catuai variety processed using the honey method. The estate is run by Alberto and Diego Guardia, powered by a water mill using natural spring water, with 25 acres dedicated to preserving wild forest. The coffee is shade grown and offers syrupy notes of black tea with brown sugar and chocolate ganache, along with dark purple fruits and hints of herbal flowers. Available in both espresso and filter roast profiles.
