DropShot Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, grown at 1,900 meters above sea level. The San Isidro 48 varietal benefits from cooler temperatures and slow cherry maturation, yielding high sugar development and dense, well-structured beans. Processed using a natural anaerobic method — ripe cherries are fermented in oxygen-free tanks, then slowly dried on raised beds. The cup opens with dark cherry and ripe strawberry notes, followed by cocoa nibs and deep molasses-like sweetness. The body is dense and rounded with a long, balanced finish.
