Single-origin Costa Rican coffee from Hacienda La Minita's micro-lot farm, Finca El Melico, in the Tarrazu region at 1700+ meters elevation. Grown with the Villa Sarchi varietal, a dwarf Bourbon mutation found almost exclusively in Costa Rica. Washed processed with complex fruit flavors including juicy apple and dried apricot notes. Light to medium roast featuring sweetness with a well-structured body.
